I have never opened an e-commerce store. I have never managed advertising campaigns. Yet, a few weeks ago, I decided to dive into dropshipping. Not because it’s trendy. Not to chase the word “passive”. But to see with my own eyes whether this business model actually works.

This is not a tutorial, nor a step-by-step guide. It’s a real experiment. And like any experiment, the outcome is far from certain.


👤Who I Am and Where I’m Starting From

My name is Tran, I’m 21 years old, and I live in the province of Mantua. I work full-time in a metalworking company, and each month I set aside part of my salary to build something of my own.

I have long been interested in financial freedom, independence, and the possibility of living through digital projects. I read books, follow courses, invest in ETFs, and note ideas for online businesses I could test.

Among all of them, one has always intrigued me: dropshipping. A model that promises great results with low risk, but no one ever really shows what happens behind the scenes.

So I decided to do something different: try it myself and document every single step.


🔥Motivation Behind the Experiment

For me, this experiment isn’t just about making money. It’s a personal challenge.

I want to see if, with method and discipline, it’s possible to build something from zero, starting truly from scratch, with no skills at the moment, relying only on curiosity, free time, and a strong willingness to learn. I am fully ready to learn along the way and discover what truly works in practice.

Above all, I want to be transparent. Show successes and failures. Numbers, mistakes, thoughts, doubts. Because I believe that transparency in the online world is more valuable than any promise.


📸What “Documenting Everything” Means

Each update will show what happens behind the scenes: from product research to first sales, including the mistakes that no one shows. I will post on Flinboo flexibly, based on the latest developments and discoveries, but no more than 2 weeks between updates.

I will cover concrete steps: choosing the product, setting up the store, first ads, and real sales results. I’ll share numbers, costs, and metrics without hiding anything.

This way, readers can experience the journey with me, as if watching a series. Except here there’s no script: everything that happens is real.
